Functional Strength
Our "Strength" group fitness classes use barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells to perform compound movements. The workouts build lean muscle mass and bone density. There is a strong correlation between physical strength and a reduction in all cause mortality.

VO2 Max Stations
Our "Stations" group fitness class features short intervals of cardio using Concept 2 rowers, Woodway Treads, Concept 2 Bikes and Rogue Echo Bikes, combined with weight training to improve your body's ability to utilize oxygen, which is one of the strongest predictors of a long life.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Groups of 1 to 4 people each will get their own customized personal training program, training up to 3 times a week, and personalized nutritional coaching. Perfect for those who want more individualized attention to reach their goals.
